Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your content. By submitting content, you grant GrowthMirror a limited license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are billed through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) and may renew automatically until canceled. Prices may change with reasonable notice where required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” GrowthMirror makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthMirror and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service within the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
